For standard returns, we issue a store credit so you can find another treasure for your pet. As we happily cover the shipping cost to you, we ask that you cover the return shipping fees. Please note that for hygiene and pricing reasons, items from our Pet Essentials and Best Deals collections are final sale and not eligible for return.
