You can expect your order to arrive within 6-12 business days. We'll send you a tracking number the moment it ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns
We want you to love your Whixpi items. If it's not a perfect fit, we're here to help. Simply email us at [Twój adres e-mail] within 14 days of delivery to start a return.
For standard returns, we issue a store credit so you can find another treasure for your pet. As we happily cover the shipping cost to you, we ask that you cover the return shipping fees. Please note that for hygiene and pricing reasons, items from our Pet Essentials and Best Deals collections are final sale and not eligible for return.
A Note on Personalized Items
Items customized with your pet's name are made just for you and, as such, cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow up to 2 additional business days for our team to create your personalized piece.
